
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a BMA Wills product (i.e. a Will), please call 0845 222 0379 to submit a returns request within 28 calendar days of the receipt of the product.
Upon submitting a returns request, the client must provide details of how the product is in anyway incorrect or faulty.
In the case that the fault in the product is found to be the responsibility of BMA Wills, a full refund and where possible the re-issuing of a correct product will be made.
If however, the product is incorrect due to information provided to BMA Wills by the client or anyone representing the client or indeed if the product becomes out of date due to any changes in the client's circumstances, then no refund will be due and BMA Wills may charge an amendment fee to correct or update and re-issue the product.
Furthermore, please note that BMA Wills does not permit the return of or offer refunds for any product that has been amended, lost or destroyed in anyway by the client or in the client's care.
This policy DOES NOT cover any additional products or services provided by the firm of lawyers acting on the behalf of anyone documented in any Will. A separate set of terms and conditions will be provided to anyone requesting that the firm act as executors of their Will.
